Proxy (2014–2016) began as a storefront at 270 Westminster Street, Providence, programmed collectively by six artists and musicians from August 2014 to August 2015. After the storefront closed, two offsite projects were presented under the name: Wysteriasway at 149 Canal Street, New York, produced by Ficus Interfaith and Tabitha Piseno; and the fifth edition of P.U.F.F.E.R.S. in Olneyville, organized with Nick Klein.
Four Proxy exhibitions were made with a publication component: work produced for print, screen, or object alongside an installation. Publishing →
